We celebrate fitness every day with classes at VMRC Wellness Center.

Below is a listing of our most current exercise programs and classes. There is something for everyone whether you are a beginner or expert.

  • Group Fitness Class Schedule:

    Morning Gentle Stretch

    Mondays: 9:30-10 a.m.

    Yoga

    Mondays: 5:45-6:45 p.m.

    Tai Chi 

    Tuesdays: 10:00-11:00 a.m.

    Regeneration Station

    Tuesdays: 1:30-2:15 p.m.

    Seniors in Motion

    Tuesdays & Thursdays: 3:00-3:45 p.m.

    Line Dancing
    Thursdays: 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
